Service Offered
Informal advice and support for Asian women. Bilingual worker. Counselling. Mental health project for Asian women experiencing or recovering from mental health problems. Weekly drop-in Friday 11am - 4pm, including arts and crafts, a therapeutic sewing class and a healthy light lunch. Gentle exercise class, weekly yoga class. Outreach service.
Target Group
Asian women.

Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
