2 day centres for elderly Asians in Belvedere and Sidcup. Advice and help with accessing welfare and health services. Activities include gentle exercise, English classes, discussions, craft, music, cards. Outings and regular swimming trips. Massage and yoga. Belvedere site has separate rooms for men and women. Lunch and snacks. Transport provided to and from the day centres. Computer class.
