Advice and support on education, training and employment for people with physical, sensory or learning disabilities or mental health problems. Provide vocational guidance, work preparation and work experience. Support people in applying for jobs and arrange supported employment if appropriate. Provide employers with information, advice and guidance on managing disability in the workplace.
