Information and advice for the local community, particularly around benefits, immigration, nationality, debt, housing problems and legal issues. Help with filling in forms and making phone calls.
Target Group
The local community - 90% of users are from the Sylheti and Mirpuri communities.
Languages
Mirpuri, Bengali, Sylheti, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, Kashmiri. Access to interpreters.
Area Served
Aston, Nechells, Perry Barr, Erdington, Newtown, Witton, Small Heath.
