Service Offered
Promotes equality of opportunity and good race relations. Advice for individuals and agencies on race issues, discrimination and racial harassment. Some casework undertaken for individual complaints. Race awareness and diversity/cultura awareness training courses for voluntary and statutory agencies and small businesses (fees charged).
Target Group
General public in the local area, particularly black and other minority ethnic communities.
Languages
Albanian, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Turkish, Urdu access to interpreters.
