Service Offered
Day clubs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for people who are isolated, older or disabled. Provide activities, support and advice and lunch. Transport provided for attendance at clubs, shopping and outings. Evening social activities. Support for younger adults with learning difficulties on Monday evenings.
Target Group
People who are isolated, elderly or with physical or learning disabilities.
Languages
French, Gujarati, Hindi, Italian, Punjabi, Spanish and Urdu.
