Unicode

This web site uses Unicode UTF-8 throughout — if you are seeing strange characters (often empty rectangles or bold vertical bars) for some sections of the web site it is probably because you need to take some steps to enable your computer to display Unicode. This will probably involve installing fonts.

The Microsoft font, Arial Unicode might be available for your use — when installed it will enable most languages to work.
