Out of hours helpline and other services for people affected by mental health difficulties or drug use. Issues include substance misuse, anti-depressants, stress, agoraphobia and depression. Information, counselling and holistic health care.
Target Group
Anyone affected by mental health issues or drug use, including carers, family and friends.

Printed information in Polish, Arabic, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, Punjabi.
