Service Offered

24 hour mental health crisis centre for people from the African and African Caribbean communities aged 16-64 living in the London Borough of Hackney. Crisis outreach and support. Counselling and therapy. Short stay (2 weeks) residential unit. Aims to provide clients and their carers with an alternative to hospital admission and to offer a culturally sensitive response to mental health crisis.

Target Group

People from the African and African Caribbean communities who have mental health problems.

Languages

French, Patois, most Ghanaian and Nigerian languages.
