IMPACT - Hammersmith and Fulham MIND
Service Offered
Outreach service for people with severe and enduring mental health problems who are not able to make use of existing mental health services. Services are also for rough sleepers with mental health problems. Access to mental health treatments, social care, housing advice, emotional and practical support.
Target Group
People aged 18-65 with severe and enduring mental health problems, including rough sleepers.
Languages
Farsi. Access to interpreters.
