Equinox Rent Deposit Scheme

Service Offered

Rent deposit scheme for people aged 25+ who are homeless, ex-drug users (3 months clean) or ex-offenders. Payment in advance of deposit and 1 month's rent. Assistance with claiming benefits. Regular contact with people once they have secured a tenancy, including help with budgeting, debt management and accessing other services.
