Black and ethnic minority women's mental health organisation, providing counselling, befriending and support. Counselling in English and a variety of community languages. Befriending with ongoing one-to-one support involving social outings, home visits, accompanying to health appointments. Complementary therapies, including aromatherapy, massage and reflexology.
Target Group
Black and minority ethnic women with mental health problems.
Languages
Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, French, Hindi, Malay, Polish, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Twi and Urdu.
