Service Offered

Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS) advise people who wish to pursue complaints about the NHS (hospitals, GPs, health centres, ambulance services, dentists, opticians, pharmacists). Advocacy service to help complainants voice their concerns and use the complaints system. Home visits can be arranged.

Patients, their families and carers.

Languages

Leaflets in Arabic, Turkish, Chinese, Urdu, Hindi.

Herefordshire, Staffs, W Midlands, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Warwickshire.
