Black Community Development Project (BCDP)

Service Offered

Advice, advocacy, casework and support for people from the black and minority ethnic communities who are experiencing racial discrimination and harassment. Advice and information on welfare benefits, housing, health, immigration and nationality. Group work, including a group for Chinese women, a black tenants support group, and one for women from all minority ethnic communities.

Target Group

People from black and minority ethnic communities of all ages.

Languages

Filipino, Urdu, Amharic, Punjabi, Tigrigna, Chinese languages and access to interpreters.

Area Served

North East Edinburgh - Pilton, Drylaw, Royston, Wardieburn, Muirhouse, Granton.
