Leeds Community Mediation Service
Service Offered
Mediation for people (whether public or private tenants or owner occupiers) who have problems with neighbours, to help them find mutually acceptable solutions. Offers mediation to help resolve conflict between individuals and groups in organisations and the workplace. Also offers conciliation between NHS service users and practitioners. Runs conflict resolution workshops and training.
Target Group
General public and organisations in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors.
Languages
Access to interpreters. Leaflets in Bengali, Chinese, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Braille and large print.
