Specialist 3-tier community services for adults aged 18+ experiencing problems with alcohol or drugs. Advice and information, community care assessments, individual counselling and group work. Medical assessment and health screening. Detox. Acupuncture. Housing support. Relapse prevention work with ex-substance misusers.
