Service Offered
Support services for people sleeping rough in Nottingham. Morning and evening outreach service. Drop-in sessions Weds 11am-1pm and Fri 1pm-2.30pm at St Peter's Church, St Peter's Gate in city centre. Help with finding temporary accommodation, making benefit claims, attending appointments. Close links with mental health support and health care agencies. Needle exchange. Drug and alcohol treatment.
Target Group
Rough sleepers in Nottingham, especially those who are long-term and do not access other support.
