Advice, information, counselling, interpreting and translation services for the Somali community. Escorts to hospital and other appointments, home visiting. Lunch club for over 60s. Short breaks for carers. Health information. Educational support including mother tongue, maths and English classes. Homework club. Social activities and outings. Domiciliary care (chargeable).
Target Group
The Somali community, particularly older, frail and vulnerable members of the community.
Languages
Somali and access to interpreters.
