Day centres in Hendon and East Finchley Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm with transport, a meal and snacks for £5. Handyperson project. Recreational and social activities, outings and holidays and insurance. Health promotion project. Befriending scheme. Intergenerational project. Volunteering opportunities.
