Service Offered
Service for children and young people aged 0-18 who have a substantial and permanent disability. Short breaks service with host families who provide overnight care for disabled children in the host family's home. Sitting service and home support. Befriending. Day care and group work for older children and teenagers.

Children and young people aged 0-18 who have a substantial and permanent disability.
Languages
Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and access to interpreters.
