British Red Cross - Home from Hospital Service (Worcestershire)
Service Offered
Support service and befriending for 4 weeks for patients newly discharged from hospital. Care provided by local volunteers, which includes practical help and short-term loan of an emergency alarm. Please note, nursing/personal care not provided.
Target Group
Patients discharged from hospital.
Languages
French and German.
Area Served
