Support for people from the South Asian community with mental health problems. Drop-in support and group work Tuesdays 10am-3pm at the Effra Centre, Effra Road SW2 (020 7926 1044). Case management providing individual support for people with severe and enduring mental health problems. Women's support group. Outreach support. Yoga, meditation, reflexology, massage.
Target Group
People of South Asian descent with mental health problems.
Languages
Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
